Support mental health ...... My Demons have demons long sleeve shirt 我的惡魔有惡魔

This is an active-wear shirt bringing physical fitness and mental stability together.  The idea came about because I use sports and exercise as a part of my daily mental therapy.  

I use the term demons to point out the seriousness of mental health.  In my opinion, we all have inner demons (thoughts, voices, triggers, etc. ) that make us feel anger , fear, aggression, guilt, regret, etc. , in a negative way. 

I use the phrase "my demons have demons" because at multiple times in my life, it seemed that I couldn't fix an issue without something else connected to it becoming another issue.  At any point , I would have several issues with multiple other problems attached to them, until I started confronting things one at a time until they were resolved.

On the back,  Accountability is in the middle, because acknowledging your demons is one of the most important steps to healing and progress.  Most issues/demons will fit into the other descriptive words on the back.
